An apple crumble is a real classic, the necessary ingredients are staples that almost everybody has in the house. The dish is served hot to let the sweet taste really come into its own. Surprise your guests with a healthy and delicious dessert!
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 3 apples (jonagold variety)
- 1 fishing For the crumble
- 60 g cold butter
- 55 g of self-raising flour
- 35 g cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the cold butter into cubes. Combine the ingredients for the crumble into a large bowl: the cold butter, the flour, XAVIES' granola nuts-seeds, the cane sugar, the honey and the pinch of cinnamon. Then knead all the ingredients into a crumbly dough.
Cut the apple and the peach into small cubes. Mix the fruit and divide it in 4 ovenproof dishes.
Divide the crumble dough over the baking dishes.
Bake the desserts for 20 min.
Serve warm/lukewarm! Delicious with a scoop of ice cream!
