Carrot cupcakes with XAVIES' Pure Toasted Nuts & Seeds

You want something different as a snack or for breakfast and you enjoy experimenting? Then be sure to try this recipe! Delicious carrot cupcakes with our Pure Toasted Nuts & Seeds granola.


-200 ml sunflower oil
-150 g white caster sugar
-200 g flour
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-250 g carrots (grated)
-100 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
-3 eggs
 - 40g XAVIES' Pure Toasted Nuts&Seeds Granola


Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the oil, eggs and sugar well together. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix well. Mix in the carrots and the chopped walnuts.

Fill the cupcake tin with the batter. Bake the carrot cupcakes for about 30 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Pure Toasted Nuts & Seeds granola and voilà!
