Xavies' granovie chocolate bars

This is an ideal recipe for a snack to go with your coffee. You can finish the bars to your own preference.
The higher the cocoa percentage in the chocolate, the healthier it is. We made this recipe both with white, dark and milk chocolate.

The amount of chocolate you need to melt depends on the mold into which you are going to pour the chocolate.

Take into account that your chocolate layer should be about half a centimeter thick.

Ingredients

- 200 grams of chocolate of your choice

- 50 grams of your favorite granola

- 30 grams of dried fruit of your choice

Preparation

First we melt the chocolate; this is best done au-bain marie to prevent the chocolate from burning. When the chocolate has melted, take a mold of your choice. To get the chocolate out easily, first put a layer of baking paper in your mold. Pour until the chocolate is nicely spread and then sprinkle the granola and the dried fruit over the chocolate. Let this cool down to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
You can store these chocolate bars in the fridge for up to two weeks.

When the tablets have cooled down, you can cut them with a knife into 2-centimetre thick bars.
