2 slices of whole-wheat bread, thickly sliced

1 ripe avocado

Smoked salmon (optional)

Radish, in small parts

Pomegranate seeds

Parmesan cheese

Fresh cilantro

To make this toast you can either use avocado slices or a simple 'guacamole'. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Take the most beautiful half and cut the unpeeled avocado into thin slices. Take the first toast and spread it with a slice of smoked salmon. Use a large spoon to arrange the avocado slices on the first toast. Put aside and take the other half of the avocado. Mash the avocado in the peel to make a simple 'guacamole'. Spread the guacamole on the other toast and sprinkle with some pomegranate seeds, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bits of radish.
