INGREDIENTS

200g Watermelon 

200g Feta 

400g Aragula 

200g Vacuum packed beetroot 

80g Sandra's Kurkuma Quinoa granola

PREPARATION

Wash the salad and spread on a plate.

Cut the watermelon and beetroot into small pieces and spread them over the salad.

Mix the granola with the salad.

Crumble the feta and sprinkle across the plate.
