INGREDIENTS for 4 cups of tea

2 teabags of Marie Gold

1l water

4 slices apple

4 slices lemon

1 piece ginger

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon of honey per person (optional)

PREPARATION

Carefully remove the paper labels from the tea bags. Bring the water to the boil and add the tea, ginger and cinnamon.

Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and leave everything to infuse for another 2 minutes. Fill each cup with an apple and lemon slice and top with the hot tea. Add a spoonful of honey if desired.
