A sparkling homemade iced tea, ideal as a mocktail for appetizers or as a healthy alternative to soft drinks. Delightfully refreshing!

2 sachets of Marie Gold

1.5 liters of water

750 ml sparkling apple juice

1 Granny Smith apple

1 lime

1 lemon

1 orange

5 sprigs of fresh thyme

ice cubes

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add the tea bags. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the water, cover, and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Slice the apple, lime, lemon, and orange into thin slices. Add the fruit and thyme, and let it cool for another half hour. Fill a pitcher with ice and add the tea.

Take a glass, fill it halfway with iced tea, and top it off with sparkling apple juice. Garnish with lime and lemon.
