1 apple

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp yogurt

Fresh thyme leaves


Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Add to the pan and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned. Add honey and cinnamon to the apple.

Stir well and let the apples caramelize for 4 to 5 minutes until they are soft and have a nice golden color. Remove the pan from the heat and let the caramelized apples cool slightly.

Take a plate and garnish with yogurt and peanut butter. Top with Pure Sports Omega-3 Granola and the caramelized apples. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
