Ingredients:
500 ml of water
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
1/4 tablespoon grated ginger
1 stalk of lemongrass
1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teabag of chamomile tea
1 lemon zest
Ice
Lemon slices
Preparation:
Bring the water to the boil. Add the honey, ginger, lemon juice, tea and lemon zest and leave to draw for half an hour. Pour the mixture through a strainer and let it cool down completely in the refrigerator. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
