200 grams of chocolate of your choice

30 grams of dried fruit of your choice


First we melt the chocolate; this is best done au-bain marie to prevent the chocolate from burning. When the chocolate has melted, take a mold of your choice.

To get the chocolate out easily, first put a layer of baking paper in your mold. Pour until the chocolate is nicely spread and then sprinkle the granola and the dried fruit over the chocolate.

Let this cool down to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

You can store these chocolate bars in the fridge for up to two weeks.

When the tablets have cooled down, you can cut them with a knife into 2-centimetre thick bars.
